We started as a Bengaluru-rooted real estate practice and built our reputation one transaction at a time.

Point Square Realty was built on a simple premise: property transactions in Bengaluru are unnecessarily complicated, and most firms make them more complicated, not less.

Over 18 years, we have helped hundreds of families buy their first homes, investors find their best-performing assets, NRIs manage properties they have never seen in person, and property owners untangle BBMP records that had been stuck for years.

What distinguishes us is not our size. It is our depth. We do not outsource documentation. We do not send clients to third parties for BBMP paperwork.
